We’ve introduced multi-factor authentication to strengthen how firms and others log into our systems and to further protect and control access to our data.

Multi-factor authentication
Multi-factor authentication ensures only you access your accounts. You now need to enter a one-time passcode when you log into:
- Connect
- Reg Data
- Online Invoicing (Fees Portal)
- Shared Intelligence Service (SIS)
- Electronic Submission System (ESS)
To continue to access FCA systems you will need to register and turn on multi-factor authentication. You’ll be prompted when you log in to these systems.
Once you have authenticated using your one-time passcode for Connect, RegData or Online Invoicing you won’t need to re-authenticate while you remain logged in to these systems.
Below we have further information to help you understand the process.
