Excluded services under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (PSRs)

There are a number of activities that are excluded from regulation under the PSRs. You can find out more about these exclusions in PERG 15.5.

Service providers may need to notify us if they intend to operate under the limited network exclusion (LNE) or electronic communications exclusion (ECE).

Service providers that have notified us that they are operating under the LNE or ECE will be shown on the Financial Services Register with details of their excluded services.
