This paper sets out our framework for measuring the impact of our past interventions using ex post impact evaluations. It incorporates views received from our stakeholders after the publication of the discussion paper in April 2018.

We assess the effectiveness and impact of our past interventions to develop a strong evidence base to guide our decisions.
