There are different types of Data Reporting Services Providers (DRSPs) and Market Data Processor (MDP) fees. Find out more about each fee.
DRSP fees
Authorisation fee
The authorisation fee to operate a Data Reporting Service (DRS) falls in Category 5 for the first application and a discount of 50% for each additional DRS application. The discount applies whether the applications were made at the same time or later. The fee is not refundable, even if your application is unsuccessful.
Periodic fee
The DRSP periodic supervisory fee is a flat fee for the first DRS, plus a 50% flat fee for each additional DRS for which the DRSP has authorisation. The current periodic fee is set out in Fees 4 Annex 11R.
MDP fees
The associated MDP on-boarding fees applicable to DRSPs are:
- transaction reports (ARM) falls in Category 7
- transparency calculation data (APA) falls in Category 6
